sinus rinse problem

I have started to do sinus rinses with salt water and also put in menthol and parasite meds a few times. The problem when I do the rinse is that my whole face gets even more swollen and some of the water from the rinse is still there a day or two afterwards (or it feels like it is). I get more problems with hearing as well and its like I get a severe cold everytime I do it. I probably have candida in there but I think I also have some type of parasite, because I can feel movement in there all the time, especially at night. I had the same parasite as bluerabbit popping out of my eye one time, and thought it was a morgellons parasite. They are tiny. But what I feel could be something a bit larger. I have really big problems with the sinus area above the eyes especially and ears and cheeks hurt like crazy all the time. Does anyone else have problem with this sinus irrigation or know what to do about it?
