Candida, SIBO, HP, Parasites

Hi everybody,
I am facing a multiple causes situation and don't know how to solve it. been very ill since more than 3 years now with "unknown cause". many tests showed no real cause.
this year new test (on my private money again) showed:
- parasites (giardia a lot, pinworms and who knows what else)
- candida (at least in the colon - i believe its sistemic)
- bacterial overgrowth (h.pilory and yersinia e.colica until now probably more)
- enteroccocus in the colon and probably something else
- viruses (CMV and EBV)- guess CMV is still active
- low beneficial flora
- low vit.D, low Mg
- 2 years ago test positive for strep G group could not treated cause of a jaundice.
Simptoms of CFS, Chemical sensitivity, Adrenal fatigue, Hipotyroidism, constipation (i believe its due to bacteria), fatigue, iritability, unstopable hunger, brain fog...
tried probiotics - Not OK only Acidophilus 3 mil, tryed psyllium husk and slippery elm and Bentonite NOK. some said some bacteria benefits from them. same with magnesium or calcium or bone broth.

my body is very weak I can't take full protocol probably liver is overwhelmed. e.g. tried Hulda Clark - 3 Wormwood per day were already too much.
have anyone had similar case succesfully treating it?
Any ideea which one should I adress first?
I really want to get rid off this s..t but still don't know how to begin. I believe some bacteria are also in my mouth esofagus even sinuses?
drinking water seems to make them grow, same with ginger tea or other tea. could bacteria or viruses do such harm cause sometimes I don't feel it's candida all the time.
I also have 2-3 root canals i guess not in a good shape and like 4 amalgamfillings. but in this condition I guess chelation is out of question.

please help me with some ideea. Although I've lost my job I'm thinking about a GI test with Metametrix or Genova?
