You can get a 50 pound bag of Permaguard Food grade Diatomaceous Earth at your local feed store. You can use it not only for health, but for pest control, and as an addition to your drinking water. ( 2 tablespoons in a gallon of jug of water... let settle and drink. When the gallon is about 1 inch from the bottom, refill and let settle again... using the same DE. You can do this for 6 months before needing to use new DE. It is good for giving the body silica) Upon drinking this, add just a bit of lemon juice to the glass of DE water you are drinking... this helps the body obtain the silica... do NOT put the juice into the gallon jug, however.
