Help me identify this in my stool

I have been finding weird worm like parasites in my stool. I have been collecting specimens for lab and they keep telling me they are not collected proper. They are collected proper. I have loose stools but I feel very constipated and have this urge to push as if I'm delivering a baby. I need help this has been going on since late July. Can anyone identify.
I recently had an upper GI scope last week I have a hiatal hernia and gastritis. I found that this is a symptom to having parisites. I have more symptoms.
