Re: Taurine not working for liver detox anymore

My diet now is mainly chicken, eggs or fish and boiled basmati rice. I also eat nuts (mainly peanuts) between meals so I don't feel hungry.

I sometimes have chips and pizzas but they slow down my digestion too much (strain the liver) so I don't have them often.

Constipation is a huge problem for me as I had IBS-C many years before AF and it's gotten worse due to liver congestion.
