Re: Taurine not working for liver detox anymore

I don't know what is typically expected but I am doing NB , copper toxic and taking taurine for 6 months now and my stool and bowels change pretty frequently. I go through phases of releasing stuff and sometimes its obvious in stool and digestion, sometimes not. I wonder if everyone is just different and as we heal it may be difficult to expect much consistency.
My practitioner says the detox symptoms can really vary from one episode to the next even if you're dumping the same materials.
