Im not 'overweight' but im piling on the pounds like no ones buisness. Dr Lams programme is zero excercise and a high quantity of good fats and protiens..combined with the never sleeping properly...I used to be a toned and slender martial artist, now Im just a huge heap! Combined with 3d AF, self esteem is at an all time low
I havent been able to control it (ive always had a metabolism that makes me put on weight super quick, but the training always combatted it), i definitelly be interested to if anyone has any ideas/experience of keeping the weight off!
