So, if I already eat plenty of fruit everyday (am vegetarian) and still have constipation problems with my only remedy being magnesium, that means that having plenty of fruit is not always the answer.
So, what I am trying to figure out here is you say prunes are "toxic" and that is why they have the laxative effect - but, how toxic are they if you find that they help you eliminate?
I know I sound like I am missing something here, and, I am. Are you saying take at your own risk or, it's not that bad?
