Try eating lots of omega 3 and stay away from omega 6 because they compete in body. Omega 6 is in almost all delicious food and refined vegetable oil and is really basically the one thing that makes people fat because it has drug affect that increases appetite like crazy. Omega 3 has what brain needs the most and suppresses the appetite. Try cooking with organic virgin cocanut oil or olive oil or don't use oil with cooking at all. Research why omega 3 is important.
