In my experience cod liver oil has done miracles for my IQ (I buy Sonne's). I totally agree with previous post, your brain does need fish oil

Also, egg yolks are viatl to your brain due to the fact that they contain choline.
Colon cleanse is very important. If your colon is not clean, your brain will be foggy.
Liver cleanse is super important too (after the colon cleanse!) if liver is over-taxed with toxins it definitely affects your IQ.
Certain foods like grains, dairy and fructose-containing ones can add to foggy brain due to the fact that they ferment in our gut (if there is dysbiosis).
