There's a lot of interesting good-to-know info on this site. He put a lot of work into it... I was surprised and glad to see Darius Dinshah's color and light therapies discussed. An inspiring alternative "medicine".

I haven't used it for quite sometime, but have a plan to use a window I got from an old farmhouse. Rig a mini-solarium outside where the color filters rest on top and the sun shines through to you sitting there with an umbrella drink! Tweet
