Pyroluria is low B6 and zinc, caused by a defect that is genetic. Some feel it can also be caused by Lyme. The best test for it is a urine test, which you can order online to be sent to you to take at home, and then you would send it into a specific lab that only tests for this. From what I hear there can be frequent false negatives, because test is often not done right. Try the urine test.
