I've seen that there are several forms of surgery and the laser vaporization is one of them. I was rather talking about a vermillonectomy then move forward the internal mucous membrane and wait for it to differentiate in a semi-mucous membrane.

Of course, the causes had been diagnosed like predisposing factors for a possible cancer of the semi-mucous membrane just localised, so they decided to do surgery.
We have to figure out if our trouble is also just localised, simply a perturbation of our lips layers which I tend to believe given that we have, for most of us, no health issue at all, anyway we don't have any symptom of it. Then yeah, I have to know if the lips functionality is totally preserved because if we can't stretch our lips anymore it isn't worthwhile..
