Re: ACV for hair, how do I make a hair solution? Diluted or non Diluted?

Hi there,
I do the "no poo method". I just start with a tablespoon of baking soda diluted in about 8 oz of water and cleanse with that. rinse really well. Then take 1 or 2 tablespoons of ACV mixed with 8oz of water and run through the hair and let set a few minutes. Then rinse out. Don't worry if you get the measurements exact.

I have done hair for 17 years and I wish all my clients would try using ACV.

If you don't want to do the baking soda you could just shampoo first and substitute the ACV for the conditioner. The reason it works is it lowers the PH of the scalp and hair to keep it healthy.

Oh, and the smell will go away when the hair dries. (thank goodness!)
