ACV for hair, how do I make a hair solution? Diluted or non Diluted?

I heard that ACV is perfect for hair loss and itchy scalp. I dont know how to do it though. Can somebody give me a step by step.

Do I shampoo first then use ACV or do I soak my head with it first, then shampoo?

Do I dilute it or not? and if so what is the ratio?

How often do I do it? Everyday, once a week?

Will it help with hair loss, dry itchy scalp, dry hair?
