How can we get so many carbs a day? In 100 grams of carrots for example theres only 10 grams of carbs, so I dont think with my diet im getting more than 50 grams of carbs per day. Do we need to add more brown rice and such? I think I dont feel well on grains...
Hmm wait one liter of kefir per day its around 90 grams of carbs... I think my diet its OK :)
