Re: Juice feasting Guru's, are now meat eaters!

HF, I don't know any of the guru's personally, but I have taken their daily newsletters for years now and followed and listened and watched as they developed health problems.  I've even seen some of their health reports posted.

Paul Nisson - he developed a B12 deficiency, felt bad, had energy problems.  He added some goat products to his diet and his B12 went up.  After a time, he's back to raw vegan.  I'm not positive what he's doing about B12 these days.

Kevin Gianni - he's been on a personal roller coaster after yrs of raw vegan and trying to get it all figured out.  B12 again.

Matt Monarch - he's been raw vegan about his entire adult life and seems to do fine, BUT he eats a LOT of superfoods.  He eats a LOT of wild crafted foods such as drinking grass juices.

I'm wondering what we're missing as raw foodist.  B12.  It's not that theirs none in the plant world, but it is a large molecule and needs intrinic factor to deliver it through the villi.  OK, so is this an intrinsic factor problem and if so, how does one fix that?  This isn't rocket science, it's a puzzle, but somewhere a tiny piece seems to be missing for now?

The TRUTH in pure health was hidden on purpose, of that, I am convinced.  It's just patience needed as we dig it out!

Fact: raw food, especially fruits, leafy greens and herbs are cleansing!

Hope this gives musing time for some!
