It sounds a lot like candida. Have you tried an anti-yeast treatment?

You should also consider the possibility that there is a condition causing your yeast trouble (assuming that is what you have). Mine was related to heavy metals or, more specifically, mercury from my silver fillings.

I suggest doing some research into both candida and heavy metals to see if either or both make sense in your case.
