bloating, abdominal pain, dizzy, waking to pee,

tired of spinning my wheels, I was told the pain around my gb(it goes from ascending colon, across transverse colon, but seems to stem from around below right rib cage)

I've done like 8 flushes, first few helped. now barely anything, do hungry all the time. I will eat alot and not have a normal bowel movement, I have to take stuff or I wont poop. this pain is driving me crazy, feels like a raw sore, maybe a ulcer? leaky gut? I'll get these dizzy spells during the day I feel like I'm dropping, and I see spots in my peripheral vision, usually subsides after salted chicken. enzymes used to help and I'd pass strings of whatevr it is mucus or candida.

I feel te pain radiate into the right side of my neck and even in my face and right side of mouth. when I have this I can feel pressure/movement on around my temples and it's all very strange.the pain around under ribcage almost feels like pressure down ascending colin as well. I hear NO gurgling like I used to, I feel like I need that gurgling back.

I've tried apple juice and acv, good coin grass, fat, no fat. still getting worse. it hurts really bad right now, like something is stuck somewhere around there. ginna try acv and apple juice one more time.

really just don't know what to do anymore, I can't juice my adrenals are too bad, I need food or I feel horrible.
