Mucus looking strings in stool- Mucus or parasites? i
Hi everyone! I am a 20 year old female. I have posted a few times on here (if you want a detailed background please go back to my first post.) I have been having problems for about 8 years chronic diarrhea (everyday), eczema, angular chelitis (dry, red, chapped lips), abdominal cramping, and the list goes on. This past March I really tried to find answers. I went on a gluten-free and dairy-free diet which improved my symptoms and I also tried to cut out most processed foods. I also met someone who introduced me to
Liver Flushing (Moritz version.) I have completed 6
Liver Flushes and I have eliminated many stones in all but the very last flush. People have mentioned to me that it sounds like I have parasites, candida overgrowth, a list of other things, but I have never had anything confirmed. Recently I have noticed that when I have loose stools I see light yellowish mucus-like strings floating on the top. Some are small like half an
inch and some were a few
inches long. They are not big around. They do not move. They seriously just look like mucus strings. I have had mucus/fat in my stools before which makes me wonder if it is something more like parasites. I do want to get a stool culture soon, but I am curious what you all think this sounds like? Any advice or insight is appreciated!!!
