Hi, I have the same thing on my skin and environment. I think it is Strongyloides stercoralis. That is the only skin parasite I know of that can survive outside the host. I read on a vet's site that you need to clean your living area with hot steam every day. Hoover daily, especially under bed, under mattress. Put mattress in a plastic covering.
