Just ordered a Microgreens Growing Kit. Put the check in the mail this morning.



I been buying microgreens at the local farmer's market for the past 2 months. I feel so good these days from eating these greens, so much so, that I want to get into this big time.
I feel it is the best investment for my $$$ at this time. And now is the time to make the transition into beginning to produce my own food so I can morph myself to living off the grid - as much as I can, anyways.

I also began last night soaking some alpha / fenugreek seeds for sprouts - should been eating sprouts in 6-7 days. Making the transition now! Now is the time!
