Re: Treaty of 1783
Your mentioning the Republic web site is another thing I've realized about all this too. Remember the Republic web site used to be republicOFtheunitedstates, and then they changed it to FORtheunitedstates.
Consider saying these two things to someone and what it means. "Here this is something FOR you". That means you're giving something that isn't theirs to someone.
And then, "Here this is something OF yours". Something that is already yours right?
So who is giving the Republic to us?
And that article that E posted had the judges saying the state is supposed to protect our rights and that we are people of the state. So who is "we the people" referred to in the constitution? There are people outside of the states? The only people outside of the states are politicians at the national level.
Another point I'd like to add is, one way to get the "judges" to uphold the constitution is submit their oaths and bond as evidence 1 & 2 in your case. Their oath says they will uphold the US Constitution. If they don't uphold it, they are in violation of their oath and have no authority or jurisdiction in the matter. Anything they say or do is void and fraud upon the court. You appeal anything they do and file a damage claim against their bond and they are done. And you better believe the next judge will uphold the constitution.
One other thing we've found out is that the main reason the state charges property tax and can "foreclose" on you and thinks they own everything is because we have not acknowledged that we have received, own and live on the property. We haven't said it's ours. So we are considered "lost at sea" or dead, and they are holding the property in like a trust account, so we are tenants.
I know a guy up here in Washington state who went to the county to acknowledge receipt of his property as a real person. Not the ALL CAPS PERSON. They told him all he has to do is pay the tax on the property first. He went to the treasurer to pay the tax and it was a $10 excise tax. Two weeks later he got a letter from the insurance company, and it said the lien had been satisfied. I can tell you more about all this, but that's the core of the story. The mortgage was satisfied with $10.
The point of that story though, it the power of acknowledging things. Have we acknowledged that the constitution is received, owned and occupied by every person and their heirs in America?
You wouldn't believe how far we've come with the land patent process. Land patents don't expire. Again, acknowledge it's yours.
And the EFT process has come a long way too. All your debt can be eliminated easily now. You can basically write a "bounced check" from a closed account, and walk right into the bank and "pay it off".
We are going to start forming a team that has some long sharp teeth that are going to start freeing the people in our state.
You wouldn't believe all the angles the bankters are being attacked from now. America is taking this country back now. One way or another! The crooks ARE going to fall, no matter how many false flags are raised. They are cooked and ready to be poked with the fork. Their days are numbered! So be ready, because they are going down hard! Then we'll fix this constitution thing. :-)
