SeattleK... you don't go too deep. The body has a well functioning mechanism to control histamine, it is only when this system is messed up that you will get problems from folates etc. Pfeiffer et al do not realize that histamine problems, adrenal problems and such things are most often related to heavy metals or other toxins which destroys theses enzymatic pathways. 

When heavy metals are out of the body and there is enough presence of vitamin A the adrenals will heal without any problems within 3 weeks...
