Tendonitis, Bone Spurs, Fibro, and more chronic pain HELP!!!

Hi first off I am brand new to this site, and wanted to post my problems out there to a group of people who would be more understanding than others online, the people i know, or doctors. I know this will be alot but please someone help me.

First off, I have had chronic pain since about the age of 10. I had tight hamstrings and had to have physical therepy done, which did not solve my problem only relived it a little. I have sprained my ankles many times which I think has resulted in severe bone spurs on my feet. During my high school years (I am 21 now) I had went to physical therepy three times and been to chriopractors twice. As the pain went on it became not only my legs, however my shoulders, neck, legs, back, ankles, pretty much all over. I used to be an A/B student in school, however my grades declined as the pain took over during simple day to day tasks as sitting in class became extremely painful and the only time i had any sort of comfort was on a chushy comforter type chair. Getting a part time job wasnt much help either as it began to hurt my legs even more.

About a year ago I had even tried accupuncture and went to therepy for a 5th time before quitting my part time job due to the ammount of pain i was in. This time I had learned that I had tendonitis and bone spurs in my legs and ankles, as my left ankle is larger on the right side and my right ankle is larger on its right side as well, along with my achilles on the left being alot thicker and the bottom of my left leg being thicker as well. Simple walking had become extremely painful, a 10 minute walk through the grocery store leaves me leaving to go home because its too painful to get everything i want. I dont want to go on too much longer, however I also had delveloped terrible neck pain on my right side as it became super tight and my left shoulder had a knot in it. I am now in therepy again for my neck, and one doctor said i had fibromyalsia as well. I began taking antidepressents (for the 2nd time, first was in highschool along with anxiety and ADHD meds) however got off them in a month due to stomache pains.

I am not only worried about the present pain, however its effects are just as bad if not worse. I cannot walk normal, focus in school, i am worried that i will have to stop working out, i cannot hold a part time job, and i have become addicted to painkillers and I drink everynight to relieve the pain. the doctors giving me stupid antiimflammatories is a joke. I want to get my life back on track, and it all starts with finding a way to get rid of these bone spurs and fibromyalsia. i just done want to be in pain every waking minute, i want to be able to work again, to be able to focus on school, compelte day to day tasks, get off painkillers, and drink in moderation. The last part will also be hard as i just quit smoking a few weeks ago. If anyone has gotten past this or has a similar story PLEASE HELP
