So this all started the same day you began the NB supplements. You started hard and fast on those if I rememer correctly...so could it be that it caused some immediate release of heavy metals or candida die off into your bloodstream too fast and your body hasn't eliminated it yet.
Also, do you have a blood pressure kit and blood glucose monitor at home? It might be useful to have info on what these readings are while you are having an episode. Certain reactions can cause these numbers to drop and cause these symptoms.
