I don't feel that my body is in great shape! I have one advantage that I've fasted quite a few times before. Another advantage is that I already quit coffee a while ago, so at least I'm not dealing with caffeine withdrawal headaches. Also I don't take any drugs. So I'm guess I'm in not too bad shape.
The nice thing is how easy it is to fast, now that I realize I won't die of starvation :) The first time was the hardest.
I think I will heed your words MH, and drink the orange juice more often today.
The nicest part is having more time that was wasted on food preparation and eating. I used the chi vitalizer last night, it made me feel good, my legs and feet were tingly afterward.
