Thanks everyone - well, I am already on thyroid medication and am going to take more blood tests this week.

But, if I take my socks off my feet will really freeze because they are already freezing with them on and, I mean freezing to the point where they "hurt"....

The hot chocolate is organic and I don't know if it's really sweetened or not.

Thanks for reminding me about the cayenne pepper - your right - it must have something to do with my circulation - I am also on high blood pressure medication and the parasite dewormer from the Barefoot Herbalist plus zapping.

And, boy, this zapping is something - the results are tons of red welts and gashes all over my arms and back.
