First thing - get rid of the socks - feet are suppose to be cold & 2nd take cayenne to aide in circulation, it should warm you as well. The hot chocolate would be gone too if it's commercailly made & full of toxic sugar, instead make some good herbal tea, ginger will warm you nicely & if you need a sweetener add some good molasses or raw honey. You could try the cayenne caps but I just spike my juice w/ it or you could even add 1 tsp in a 8oz glass of pure water. Hope that helps some!
