Compare the ingredients of what you have been taking with the Clark formula. It probably has the same things in it. I don't think it matters much if you take them both, unless the tingling and die off gets too bad. Listen to your body. It will tell you. In order to go for a deep cleanse, I have to take a lot more than it says on the bottle of some products. Other things kicked my butt way below the recommended dose. You will have to let your own body guide you.
