I don't know... its very hard to say. I produced worms in the toilet with dried herbs as well...

I just know that some parasite cleanses do use essential oils rather than dry herb... so I thought I'd try the essential oil internally... and I've also used a few drops of clove oil in my enema which I suspect also aggitates the worms.
