Yeah, I did laser photo-therapy for about 7 months. I'm not cured, but I am significantly better. Before therapy, my lips were as bad or worse than the worst of the pictures I've seen on this forum. Now, there is just a thin layer of scales on the inner half of my lips. It doesn't really bother me anymore and I don't have to worry about people seeing my lips. They look chapped and dry, but not diseased.

The reason I've held off on posting is because I'm not cured yet, and I was actually trying a period of no treatment to see if the condition came back. And yes, after 4 weeks of no treatment, my lips are growing thicker scales. I will go back on treatment next week.

My thoughts on photo-therapy is that it works, but it takes a heck of a long time. Plus it's pretty expensive. I have great insurance, but I've spent thousands already.
