I came across this thread about sun damage on lips. Daniel, you might be safe from actinic cheiltis since both your top and lower lips are affected (read the info in link below). Right now, only my lower lip is affected. My question is can you have actinic cheiltis without any precancerous cells in a biopsy? Or would the treatment be the same if you had no precancerous cells? Because I had this so long, wouldn't I have precancerous cells by now? Or do some people with actinic cheiltis never develop precancerous cells?
