Thank you. I'm aware that vitamin d is a hormon like substance, but nevertheless as there are very much pro arguments for vitamin d there are at least the same amount of contra arguments. Be aware that vitamin d has some immunsuppressive effects and that is most often the reasen people feel better on vitamin d. It is because vitamin d makes the immune system stop attacking bacterias and fungi, so these people will not experience any more die off. But later you will end with more bacterias in your body.
That is the reason I'm highly sceptical when someone suggests to take vitamin d, you know ? ;)
