Vitamin D is a hormone necessary for life itself.

Because it is a hormone, it needs to be monitored if not gotten from the sun.

It is the major component with our immune system and the body cannot create it without sun.

I have personally seen on CT Scans, show cancerous tumor reduction with D3.
