Hi, about the moon phases - I have read in the book by Andreas Moritz "The liver and gallbladder miracle cleanse" that the best time to do the flush is at new moon. From your text I believe that you mean that both full moon and new moon are good times to do it. Do you have any reference to you source? I am doing flushes and very interested in learning more.

I also read in a book "The master cleanse" by Stanley Burroughs that a man doing a Water Fast expelled Gallstones the 24. day. It is just briefly mentioned there, but good to know anyway. He was in Dr. Sheltons care when fasting.

About a week ago I did the liver gallbladder flush and expelled many big stones - the biggest was 4 cm long. After that I have gone on a water fast, today is day nr. 7.

I am also a little curious of you doing the cleanse right after having fasted for 5 days. Is it advisable to drink the amounts of olive oil that one should right after such a fast? I thought one needed several days to readjust the digestive system with lighter food - like fresh juices and fruits. Tweet
