if you choose to change your lifestyle habits (including your diet) to one that adheres to a Natural Hygiene protocol, then stone formation will not occur.

Fasting is really pointless and futile without changing these as with any other disease or health condition.

Indeed if anyone adheres to a lifestyle that conforms to NH principles & the physiological laws of our being, then the formation of stones within the body will just not occur, and negate the need for fasting in the first instance.
