Re: Is my skin rash is due to Milk Thisle or the detox?

You are not fasting. You are detoxing due to your extreme and restricted diet (which is OK for many people). But do not call it Fasting.

If you start eating a little more, it will go down. You can also take a walk, or a Hydrogen Peroxide , or Sea Salt , or Epsom Salt bath (these can be mixed in the water), to alleviate your detox symptoms. Any of these or all together will slow down detox. Eating more during a couple of days may be the best. You can restart your diet later. Your choice.

Those rashes are not comfortable. I know, by experience, that they can be painful and exasperating. Some people choose to just endure it, and suffer the rash until the end. I dont know if you can enjoy that luxury since you might have a job or social compromises that makes it difficult.

A pure Water Fast goes deeper but, in a way, it is more gentle on the system that your restricted diet. The body knows, better than us, how to walk us into detoxing. It can be bad too, but not so brutal. You are speeding your detox with you diet (again, not what I like, but acceptable for many other people) Again, your choice.

All the best, whatever you decide to do. But do not be alarmed, because what you are experienced is normal and kind of expected if your diet is the one you describe.

Good Luck
PS Milk T is wonderful, but you might want to stop it now to feel better.
