I have been on a detox for a week now, and after 3 days I used milk thistle to support my liver. But I got a skin rash, and my skin is red, itchy and on fire. This is my first time on detox in my whole life. I'm only eating salad and 5 spoons of coconut oil daily, nothing else.
I have stopped Milk Thistle 2 days ago, but the rash didn't go away at all.
What could that be? is it the detox or the milk thistle?
I started taking quercetin as an anti-histamine supplement, but I know it doesn't work that fast.
