Hola! Day 5, liver liver liver!!!

Hola chica! How you been??

Yep, still doing the maintenance, our job for life!

What a weird cleanse, yesterday my body decided to do its very own liver flush--dozens of peanut sized stones, chaff and old bile, and again today another dozen or so similar stones with a load of stale bile. As they say, Eeeew!!!

But as my dear naturopath always says, Better out than in! Strange as it has been, this is a good one, and I've needed it.

Now I am pondering whether to do an official Liver-Flush after my break... guess I'll just wait and see how I feel when all is said and done and go from there. Right now I'm leaning toward a good flush when I am feeling well, just to make sure the coast is clear.

Good to see everyone--Pepe, you, Hanna... and so many more great folks supporting first timers and old timers alike. This is such a special place.
