Hello! I've been fasting for about a week now, and everything's been relatively tolerable. I have been feeling weak though, and was wondering if taking vitamins is something I should be doing? I usually don't take them and would rather bare the weakness for a bit... But I don't want to damage my body. Just wanted to make sure that the body can take care of itself without vitamins. I hope it can and if anyone has any information or can guide the way I would be very grateful. By the way, this whole experience has been great and having this forum has really helped a lot!
