Cherry, this works. instantly...
...One night, a few years ago, I had the feeling I was going to die.
I was terrified, and I called a healer I know has great skill.
That's when I learned that he has his own concerns and was not glad I had called...but he suggested that I take a footbath in Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts.
I had some in my cupboard for about three years, unaware of how to use them.
As he suggested I poured a mildly warm footbath in a tub, added about a half a cup of the finest grind of the Mineral Salts, and soaked my feet for 20 - 30 minutes.
Nothing happened. I didn't feel any 'high' of relief, or anything, so I dried my feet and went to bed.
I had a pleasant enough sleep, which I later remembered was unusual for me at that time, and I dressed when I awoke and I was halfway down the stairs to breakfast when I realized that I was no longer afraid.
I felt fine...like myself.
I have a strong suspicion that depression/alarm/fear/etc., are related to electrolyte imbalances. ...And that footbaths, hand/arm baths, or full baths in a 1% solution of Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts and warm water, balance our electrolytes.
Pour coarse crystals into a jar of water and leave overnight. As long as there are still unmelted crystals in the bottom of the jar in the morning the water is a 26% solution...sole (pronounced so-lay). The water has accepted as much salt as it will take.
(Replace the water you removed from your jar of sole, until the rocks disappear, then add more.)
Then, if you take a cup (or any measure) of the sole, add 26 cups of warm water, you will have a 1% solution.
Your skin cells will balance the mineral content of your body between the water around your cells, the water in your cells, and the bath.
One kg. of the salts is the approximate amount needed for a bathtub of water. Use the finest grind and melt in a bucket, beforehand. Unmelted salt is uncomfortable to sit on.
When I took full baths I was somewhat disappointed that I didn't feel 'high' or joyous or something...but feeling well and 'balanced' is a great thing. Perhaps note how well you sleep.
There is a fine post by Daisy4 in the Salt forum. I'll get you the address.

My salt comes from

Enjoy!
