I'm not yet taking probiotics, but thinking about getting some. I used to drink a lot of Kefir (good natural probiotic), but since not eating/drinking any dairy at the moment (together with avoiding gluten), I haven't gotten enough probiotic food.
I have started taking flaxseed oil capsules a few days ago (I think about 2mg per day; also taking evening primrose and fish oil) and also use flaxseed oil as often as possible in salads and other food.
