It doesn't really matter. I used Aunt Patties for awhile but it was sweet and it was expensive. Trader Joe's organic coconut oil works well and the price is really reasonable for a first time oil puller at 5.99. But I buy coconut oil in the gallons now because I find it so useful. I bought a 5 gallon barel of organic coconut oil for like 160 bucks I think. I did the math on it when I first bought it and it came down to like 4.16 a jar when you compare it to Trader Joe's. I know I'm going to use that much so I just went all out and bought the biggest one I can find.
