Re: Oil Pulling HAS CURED my sinus problems!!! Well 90% at least
Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed my post. I tried everything! And I mean everything, from hydrogen peroxide in my nose (made it worse), to neti pot (you can tell it's making it worse), to even urine therapy. I have to admit, the urine makes your skin smooth! None of those worked for my sinus problems. That is not to say that your sinus problems is the same as my sinus problems. I believe my sinus problems are rooted in a dirty mouth. When I awake in the morning, the germs fester and get collected after several hours of sleep, and it crawls up into my nose as I awake. I can feel the burning and irritation in my nose only after I awake. If my nose survived the initial morning, then I am fine throughout the day. But, my nasal membrane could only put up with the oral germs for a few days and it would get inflamed and then I would have the sneeze attacks throughout the day. It was horrible! Oh yea, one last thing, high doses of vitamin C helped as well, but the real difference was the coconut oil.
So yes, I am trying to write in detail of what I went through, so that way someone who may have suffered the same ordeal that I went through. The most important thing for me is coconut oil in the morning, before any meal or even a drink. This part seems pivotal. I have tried many variations of this with little success. I don't know why. Maybe you guys experienced something great outside of my prescription. Sesame oil didn't work for me nor sunflower oil.
Anyways, I hope you guys post more of your chronic problems and explain in DETAIL how you guys remedy it. I don't think a simple, "coconut oil cured my oral problems" type of post would suffice. It's too few information with too many variations for anyone to correctly remedy themselves. It would be so beneficial for us all. Thank you Curezone for controlling my sinus problems and allowing me to go through life without sneeze attacks every few days. Thank you all for sharing your stories that has allowed me to get through life without this uncontrollable sneezing. Thanks again and live healthy!
