Liz, that's great to know. I live in central Utah (moved here from San Diego a few years ago), so I definitely should increase my dosage. Especially in the winter, I don't get out at all.
So - just to make sure I understand you: you take 2,000 daily and then 4,000 a few times a week? I'd love to get my levels up to the 40s too.
I've considered using a light box this winter that offers some exposure to UV. Do you know anything about those?
