The excessive heat from a sauna will raise your HR and your BP, so were the higher readings taken after your fast or during it.? Saunas are also enervating, and esp' to be avoided on a fast, unless it is an infra-red sauna.
All of your BP readings are not high at all but within the ideal range, but your HR of 124-134 is a little high. Was this a resting HR?
Take your HR and BP first thing after waking in the morning, and then tell us the readings.
My own HR during my own fasts were very high some of the time because the heart works overtime when elimination of toxins is at its highest. Beyond day 11 to 15 of a water-only-fast the HR settles to about 60ish for many, with fluctuations here and there when eliminating toxins.
