Blood Pressure

Hi, I have done Water Fasting in the past with pretty good results. Some 3 days, and one 7. I just completed my fast today which lasted about 6 days. My resting pulse rate the past few years have usually been 90 and up. My Blood pressure has usually been systolic 120-130 and dastolic 80. I have also been told by doctors that if there was a such thing as borderline diabetes, then I would have it. I have heard other fasters say that their blood pressure drops during fasting. The past three days that I have checked my blood pressure it has been: systolic 112-134 and diastolic 81-91; with a heart rate of 124-134. I also took a sauna bath to help release toxins and my blood pressure was 134/124 lying down, heart rate 134.I ended my fast out of fear of my BP and HR; and also I was sick of the nausea. I ended it with orange juice and vegetable soup.Last BP check was 124/81 and HR 124 today.

My question is, is this normal for my BP and HR to rise so high, and is it safe? And if it is safe how long can you fast with it being that high?

Thanks
