Oleander extract and STD

I am new here so first off Id like to say hello. I am in a tough situation right now. I have had sexua| relationships in the past. And all of a sudden I hear that most of the people I was with had STD's and even tested HIV positive.

I panicked really hard and Im still very scared. I went to get tested for HIV and I am HIV negative. I have to get tested again in 3 months to know if I will still be negative. I have had male and females partners.

So recently I find out that my partners had chlamydia, genital herpes, syphilis. I have never been tested for any of these and Im not sure that getting tested is the right thing to do because then they will have a record of me and basically I will be labeled as having an STD.

I also have an autoimmune disease a digestive disorder crohns disease.

Im not very fond of colloidial silver I dont feel comfortable with that but I do feel comfortable with olive leaf extract which i usually order from mountain rose herbs and I want to try oleander extract. Dont know if i should get liquid form or capsule and how much to order.

But can you take oleander extract when you have an autoimmune disorder? Apparently my own body is attacking myself which I do not believe at all.

Im seeking your guidance and help guys.
