Olive leaf extract is a very good item to take. There have been reports of plentiful use of olive leaf extract completely eliminating HIV.
Why you are uncomfortable with colloidal silver, I have no idea - but I can tell you quite strongly that you have no reason to be and that it would in my opinion be an essential item for you. CS silver is the ultimate pathogen destroyer and silver nano particles were found in a University of Texas study to attach themselves to HIV receptors and prevent the virus from mutliplying.
If I were in your situation I would be drinking glasses of CS daily for awhile - which I have been doing as a matter of fact to fight off what apparently has been a very severe staph type infection I got on my ankle. No side effects and I am not even a hint of blue.
Oil of oregano is an excellent pathogen destroyer and garlic is also good.
Oleander can indeed be taken with STD and immune disorders. In one double-blind placebo controlled study oleander extract plus N-Acetyl Cysteine was 100% effective at reversing HIV symptoms at an AIDS clinic in South Africa. Oleander is the best immune stimulator on the planet as far as I know. It is also an immune modulator (more on that in a bit).
Other good immune boosters include:
• Echinacea (Forget the flawed mainstream studies!)
• Pau d’arco
• Suma
• Astragalus
• Medicinal mushrooms
• Beta glucans
• Aloe vera
• Alkygycerol
• Lactoferrin
• Bovine colostrums
• Glutathione
• Mangosteen
Natural immune modulators might be a consideration too. Immune modulators modulate your immune function upwards or downwards depending upon the body's need - which means that they could be effective against immune deficiency disorders as well as immune disorders where the immune system turns on the body itself. One good natural immune modulator is magnesium. Notably, anywhere from 70 to 95% of us are deficient in this essential mineral and magnesium deficiency has been strongly linked to immune disorders.
Other good natural immune modulators include:
• Vitamin D3 (get it from sunshine as much as possible)
• Blackseed oil (Nigella sativa)

You might also consider taking plenty of digestive enzymes on an empty stomach three times daily - the theory being that digestive enzymes strip away the heads of viruses and enable pathogen destoyers to more easily eliminate them.
Other than that, living and eating as healthily as possible should be a priority. See:

And, without being judgmental, I might add that you might seek out a healthier crowd to run with and have relations with - but first you really should be tested to see what, if anything, you might have acquired. Not only do you need to know, but also any potential future partners really should be informed of the risks.
I am not sure what the shelf life of SOPC or any other oleander extract might be. They are required to put something on for expiration date, but often that is just guesswork or just something to comply with the requirement.
You can find oil of oregano capsules (as well as liquid extract) at iherb.com (I ordered the NOW foods gel caps myself and the Oreganol liquid extract) and probably Amazon too - just to name a couple of sources. If you have never ordered from iherb before you can use my member code to get $5 off your first order - X0T949
Over 95% of ingested silver is elminated from your body naturally within 24-48 hours and over 98% in less than a week. If silver accumulating in the body were a problem then I would probably be a prime candidate, as I have consumed gallons of it.
Yes, you need to choose the people you sleep with as well as inform potential partners of any suspicions or positive tests you have. Lots of stuff going round out there, and odds are that you are living on borrowed time if you continue to take chances. Not to knock sexua| gratification, but at some point you have to start letting your upper brain take control over that lower one - and I KNOW that is easier said than done, particularly for a younger person. But, the idea is to live to be an older person . . . and one in good health.
